If you need new bedding and aren't trying to tap into your savings to get one, you may want to look into low
cost beds. Low cost beds are the new consumers best friend when needing a bed.
Walmart offers some low cost beds that aren't low on quality. The draw back for that is you can not lay on them,
touch them, or even get a close up view of them. If you are the kind of person who does not mind shopping online
and buying without seeing then Walmart may just be the way to go for you.
Their website offers baby beds, toddler beds, platform beds (which eliminates the need for a box spring), all
the standard sizes of bed i.e., twin, full, queen and king, daybeds, bunk beds, classic beds and storage beds.
Depending on what you are looking to spend and what you classify as low cost, Walmart does have some good
bargains. You can have your new bed sent directly to a store closest to you for no extra charge. Another place to
look for low cost beds is Big Lots. They offer savings on closeouts. Here you can go into the store and possibly
find the bed that you are looking for.
They also have a website that you can look on, locate a store near you and check out the sales ad. Low cost beds
could be just a click away. Grand Home Furnishings is another store and right now they are having a sale with up to
75% off through the end of the year.
They also have a website that you can use as a store locator and to give you an idea of what they have.
Target.com has a smaller selection of low cost beds but is also offering a discount if you spend over a certain
amount. JCP.com, (JC Penney) has a selection of beds but most of them are not low cost beds, though on their
website is a clearance section and it has some discounted beds.
Kmart offers several low cost beds where you can get everything you want in one place but it has the same draw
back as Walmart as not being able to check out the product before buying. One difference between Walmart and Kmart
is that Walmart offers the site to store free of charge, Kmart ships to you and charges. Now, this could be a a
minor set back but depending on the price difference between stores it may equal out to the same amount with
shipping.
Sears also offers several low cost beds options but their shipping is more expensive. Some of the Sears stores
has some beds in store where you can check out their product. Depending on what you are looking for, how much you
want to spend and what your preferences are you may be able to find low cost beds on sites such as Craigslist,
Ebay, Amazon or Shopzilla.
Some beds you may need to watch out for as to whether they are new or used. Always check for a return policy on
your low cost bed. If in doubt check out the company with the website or if buying from an bidding site check out
the sellers reviews and also their return policy.
